Panacea was born out of a passion and desire to share my knowledge and expertise, to enable businesses to grow and unlock the full potential of their sales and marketing organisation.
After 30 years working directly in sales, I decided to alter direction. My extensive and rewarding career has covered multiple roles from being a sales executive with an individual quota, to senior sales management, chief leadership and executive board member positions.
Having worked for businesses ranging from SME to large internationals, I understand and appreciate that each orgnisation requires it's own unique roadmap to success and growth.
I am highly skilled, with a proven track record for building over performing teams across New Business, Account Management, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Pre-Sales, Bid Management and Customer Success, whilst delivering against multi-million pound targets with year on year double digit growth.
